The Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale publishes monthly updates with key statistics from the principal municipalities in Broward County. Below is a selection of 20 cities with statistics broken down by single-family homes and townhouses/condominiums. Pay close attention to leading indicators such as median time to contract - the longer the time, the slower the market - and months' supply of inventory: more than 6 months of inventory indicates a buyer's market, less indicates a seller's market. And of course the percent of the original list price received, indicating how well priced properties are when they first come on the market.
